The Fall Festival and Marketplace on Saturday, September 11th  is less that 2 short weeks away!  Limited vendor space is available, be sure to get your applications into the office ASAP!  The response continues to grow every year and this year should be the best yet!

Take advantage of some great sponsor opportunities to promote your business
! A few examples:

  • Keep in mind that a Gold Sponsor includes your booth fee, display of your company banner at park entrance and name in event booklet.
  • Consider being a Flag Sponsor: A colorful vinyl flag will outline the center court display and your business name can be featured for all to see.
  • Center Court Sponsor: Signage at Center Court, this year designed by Cheshire Nursery. Beautiful, seasonal display, attracts many viewers.
  • New this  year for non-participating members: your company brochure or flyer placed at the Chamber Info Booth for only $30!

At the fair this year we have some new, exciting activities planned.  A Birds of Prey Exhibit sponsored by the Cheshire Land Trust will feature a hawk, falcon, owl and more.  Scooples will hold a "Tallest Cone Building Contest" at the Food Court.  World Record is only 13 1/2 inches!  The Food Court will again have a sample of The Taste of Cheshire.  Our two entertainment stages are lined up with great musical talent and demonstrations.  Don't miss Eight To The Bar from 5-7pm.  The YMCA Kids Zone, the Craft Show, Car Show, Kiwanis Carnival and more return to provide something for everyone!  The Community Band will perform prior to and during the fireworks to cap off the night!  Don't miss out on the opportunity to take part in Cheshire's premiere community event!

 - Congratulations to Chamber intern Erica Correa, a freshman at University of New Hampshire, who contributed to the women's soccer team 1-1 draw season opener last week.  Erica is the goalkeeper and she made three saves in her first collegiate match.  We wish her much success in her college endeavors.

- Save The DateSeptember Business After Hours, Thursday, September 30th, Toll Brothers Regency at Prospect, 120 Scott Rd., Prospect. More details to follow in September.

Cordially,

The Chamber Staff
